‘Grab & Go’ meal program begins April 13 at 12 district buildings

To help students and their families through the sudden transition to eLearning after spring break, NKC Schools launched a program where breakfast and lunch meals were delivered to bus stop locations every day of the school week. However, due to changing circumstances throughout the nation, NKC Schools collaborated with the Clay County Health Department to design a plan to more efficiently and safely deliver the meals.

Starting Monday, April 13, “Grab & Go” meals will be available at 12 school sites from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. For families with extenuating circumstances, there will be no change to the food distribution plan.
