At the football game against Park Hill South on Aug. 18, the first home game of the season, senior Harper Ross (see page 16) cheers while holding the D for defense sign while she sits on the senior wall for the first time. Live your life in vivid color and even the dark spots become bright, Ross said. The theme of this football game was neon.
