Playing the lead male role in the upcoming musica “Aida,” senior Jackson Mattingly sings along with the other male actors on Sept. 20 with the help of vocal music coach Jason Elam. Theater rehearses every night except on Fridays and they’re usually rehearsing for 4-6 hours a day. For Mattingly, he is determined to do the best he can for this musical.

“I would really like to see Winnetonka up for best overall musical again,” Mattingly said. “It’d be awesome.”
