Locked in
November 12, 2017
Senior Kashe Turner plays her ukulele during the symphonic orchestra lock-in on Nov.10. The Winnetonka Symphonic Orchestra had their first ever lock-in at the school. The students bonded together in their pajamas while enjoying snacks, creating music with their instruments and playing soccer and frisbee. Other students stayed up all night playing video games and played different board games.
“My favorite part was when a group of us brought our ukuleles and taught each other how to play new songs,” Turner said. ”It was fun to share our musical knowledge and jam out together!”
