Head basketball coach Todd Magwire gives the varsity boys basketball team words of advice during the fourth period on Dec. 9. Oak Park had just made another basket making the score 23 to 55 and Magwire called the boys in a circle, hoping for the team to recover. The final score was 30 to Oak Park’s 60 but it is only the beginning of the season, giving the team a chance to make it up.

“As a Tonka fan it was upsetting but as a basketball fan it was fun to watch,” senior Westly Bertha said. “There’s a lot to build on but room for improvements that I think we can make.”
